Making a voice recording, to email

To find the sound recorder, go to Start, All programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder. You will need a microphone connected to your computer.

To start recording click the round black dot. You can record a short message, after you are finished recording, click the black square. To play your message back, click the single right facing black arrow.

To save your message, click file, save as.

Give the message a name and save it somewhere on your computer to retrieve later. Here I saved mine to the desktop. When you are ready to send the message, go to your mailbox, create a new message and send your message as an attachment.
