Setting a Home Page in Safari 5

Open Safari and click on the icon that looks like a gear in the upper right corner of the screen. Now click on Preferences

Make sure the General tab is selected. Now go to the page that you would like to set as the home page and copy the URL from the address bar. Paste it into the Home Page window.
